We developed the Children and Young Persons Framework 2021 [PDF 928.9 KB] to improve the health and wellbeing of young people in West Moreton. It sets out our priorities for young people, and what we're doing to make sure they get the health care and support they need.

• Helping young people get health care close to home, including virtual care
• Working with young people and other health providers to make services better and easier to use
• Training staff and finding new ways to give high quality health care and services to young people
• Working with families and carers, First Nations peoples, multicultural groups and people who face barriers to health care in our planning
